Administrative Professionals Day
Here at Valley Day and Night Clinic, we would like to take a moment to thank all of our wonderful administrative professionals who keep our clinics, and especially our headquarters in Brownsville, running smoothly. Without our amazing administrative staff, we wouldn’t be able to function as well as we do or provide the best care to all of our patients who we see as family.
Starting back in 1952 as Professional Secretaries’ Week, the holiday has developed into Administrative Professionals Week to accommodate all of the job titles of administrative support staff.
How YOU Can Celebrate
It is time to give credit to all of the hard working administrative individuals in the office and one way to do this is to invest in their work. Every single job is important and each worker should know that and feel appreciated. YOU can do this by:
- Finding new ways to make their jobs fun and interesting – Always remember to encourage each worker to be the best they can be.
- Giving your workers some playtime – Set aside time out of the day where employees are allowed to take a break.
- Team building activities, events, and outings – These are great ways to bring your workers together and allow them bonding time outside of the office.
- Investing in the further learning of your administrative staff – Professional training programs are designed to energize your organization as well as support further education, which means better things for your company as a whole.
Valley Day and Night Clinic Says Thank You
Here at Valley Day and Night Clinic, we again just want to give a BIG Thank YOU to all of our administrative professionals from Brownsville to Laredo. If you happen to be in one of our 5 clinics during the next few weeks, make sure to also say thank you to the staffers at the front desk, the phone operators, and any of the other administrative workers! We know that they would appreciate it!
